Anand's Top Seal Wall Putty is white cement based putty that gives a long lasting fresh look to the walls and ceiling as if you have just celebrated deepawali. It fills the fine pores of cement plastered walls and ceiling and provides a white, smooth and dry surface, essential before painting.

Application Procedure

Surface Preparation:

 

Remove all loose material first from the wall surface with the help of emery stone, putty blade or wire brush. Wash the surface with clean water. The substrate should be clean, free from dust, grease and loose materials. Dry and absorbent surface should be moistened with sufficient quantity of clean water before application of TOP SEAL PUTTY.

 

Mixing:

 

Mix Top Seal with 35-40% by volume of clean water for 10-15 minutes till a uniform lumps free paste is formed.
